赵满云先生，字璞天，号卓君，1959年5月出生，回族，大学学历，中央美术学院油画系毕业。现为世界艺术家协会理事，中国美术家协会会员，中国书法家协会会员，中国四川省美术家协会会员，中国天津市美术家协会会员，国家一级美术师，中国中央教育电视台《水墨丹青》&《名家讲堂》栏目签约艺术家，中国教育电视台《水墨丹青》栏目组-水墨丹青书画院会员，中国书画艺术家协会会员，中国书画名家专访签约画师，美国书画艺术研究院院士，安徽古塬书画院副院长，中国华夏万里行书画家协会副会长等职。
